AS-179 Wire Cutter is a specialized tool engineered for cutting wire ropes. Unlike standard wire cutter, AS-179 is forged from SCM440 Chrome Molybdenum Steel and undergoes advanced heat treatment for superior strength and durability. Featuring a specialized blade design and optimized leverage, it ensures to cut without fraying or splaying the wire strands.
◎ Premium Material: Heat treated and forged from SCM440 Chrome Molybdenum alloy steel for superior strength and durability.
◎ Spring-Loaded: equipped with a "worm spring" for automatic handle rebound, reducing user fatigue.
◎ Cutting Capacity: wire rope 2mm, spring wire 1.5mm.
(❌Not suitable for cutting bicycle spokes.)
